ModaMortgages has launched a new limited edition range of 2 and 5 year fixed rate products with no application or valuation fees.

The specialist lender’s new range features products suitable for single dwelling properties with rates from 4.19%.

The range also includes products suitable for HMO and MUFB properties with up to six bedrooms or units with rates from 4.29%.

Products are available to both individual and limited company investors up to 80% LTV and come with a variety of fee structures, including 2%, 5% and 7% percentage fee options, alongside £7,499 and £9,999 fixed fee products.
