Suitable buildings insurance must be in place at completion for remortgage applications, or at exchange of contracts for purchase applications. This will be a condition of the mortgage offer.

We don't offer second charge lending.

We don't offer refurbishment loans.

We don't offer bridging finance.

We don't accept business on these schemes.

To make the application process as fast as possible and to keep costs down for your client they'll need to use one of our approved conveyancers.
