Newly launched specialist lender ModaMortgages has won the Product of the Year award at Crystal Specialist Finance’s Crystal Ball 2025.

ModaMortgages, which was officially launched in January earlier this year, was presented with the award at the ceremony on Thursday 13 February held at The Belfry, near Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire.

The annual gala celebration for Crystal Specialist Finance’s staff and lending partners has been running since 2018. The annual awards are held to recognise excellence and celebrate success in the industry, with the awards being voted for by Crystal’s employees.

Darrell Walker, ModaMortgages’ Director of Sales & Distribution, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and a real honour for everyone connected with ModaMortgages. This is our first award win since we launched, and I hope it’s the first of many more in the future.

“This award is recognition that the industry likes what we’re doing and that our smarter, faster, simper approach to buy to let borrowing is really resonating with the market.”
